How long will it take to receive my order?
We generally ship the same day your order is placed, if your order is submitted prior to 1:30 PM Central Standard Time.
 It usually takes 1-6 days to receive your order via UPS ground (see map below). International orders are shipped UPS Worldwide Express.

What is your return policy?
Unopened merchandise can be returned within 15 days of purchase. You must contact us for a return authorization number BEFORE shipping your product back to us. Upon receiving your merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns for any opened or used merchandise unless product is defective.
